2020/2021 Stage 2 extension to Langfang assembly plant - 18,000sqm of built up facilities plus a further 50,000sqm of asphalt and concrete paved areas
2018 - New Greenfields project in Foshan - Land area 22,000sqm - Built up area to be 10,350sqm in two phases - 6,500sqm of asphalt paving
2016 - New greenfields project to be built in Taicang, Jiangsu. Land area is 20,000sqm with build up area to be 15,600sqm in 2 stages. Dealer facility (4S)
2011-2015 - New Greenfields – concept design of new 30,000sqm production facility, 55,000sqm laydown/storage yards on 200,000sqm of land.
2010 - (Stage 2) – Expansion of existing facilities to include additional wash bays, new paint prep facility, and another warehouse.
2009 - Beijing – (Stage 1)- Expansion of existing facilities to include a new painting facility, warehouse and paint prep facility inclusive of paving works for additional car parking (80 slots) plus additional product lay down areas.
